The vital parts of the manufacture process of our products are:
The liquid milk is received and taken through a set of tough analysis that will ensure it is valid for consumption. Also pasteurisation, skimming and concentration processes take place.
The gathering, control and storage of the rest of the ingredients also occur during this stage (like fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc).
Complex and modern automatic machinery starts mixing, filtrating, treating with heat, homogenising and dehydrating the products while everything is being closely checked by the facility professional staff and the automatic controls installed in the lines.
All our products are packed into big bags right after manufacture and also conveniently stored for further analysis. When everything has been checked, the big bags are transported to the packing line and and the final cans are filled.
Cans are utterly checked before packing by: a metal detector, an air blower, an artificial vision camera and an ultraviolet lamp that would eliminate any microbiological risk. All our products are packed inside a protective atmosphere that will ensure its stability and shelf life duration.
After the cans are filled and checked, all the products will be packed into high resistance cartons (and palletised if required), specially intended for the shipment ahead.
